COMPANY CAST NEEDED

It’s nearly time to get this show started, well rehearsals at least. YOU COULD BE PART OF OUR NEXT SHOW.

Hyde Musical Society are on the look out for singers and dancers to join the cast of All Shook Up for new dates in 2022.  Our show dates are Wednesday 6th April 2022 until Saturday 9th April 2022, with two shows on the Saturday.

Following a year of rehearsals in 2019 and getting the show stage ready in 2020, all the hard work from our cast and creative team came to a complete stand still due to COVID-19. But we are back, and ready to try our hardest to get this show on the stage in 2022 and make it one to remember !!!

So, if you are sitting there with a need to sing and dance your heart out, then get your high energy on stage with us in our next production All Shook Up.

Rehearsals will start in Summer 2020, with zoom rehearsals for line reading and plans for social distanced group rehearsals to start. Full cast rehearsals are planned for autumn 2020, dependant on the advise of the Government.

If you are interested in joining our next show,

MESSAGE US VIA FACEBOOK @hydemusical or EMAIL US: [email protected]

We look forward to welcoming new and hopefully some past members to join us in All Shook Up.

ALL SHOOK UP. THE STORY IS ALL NEW, THE HITS ARE ALL ELVIS.

The music of Elvis comes alive in All Shook Up. Inspired by Shakespeare’s Twelfth NightAll Shook Up follows a small Midwestern town that is thrown into a frenzy with the arrival of Chad, a good-looking, motorcycle-riding roustabout, who rides from town to town with a guitar on his back, blue suede shoes on his feet, and a song in his heart.

Repressed by their conservative mayor, the town begins to come alive once more under Chad’s influence. Lovers meet, woo, pursue, and more, all in one zany night that will change the town forever.

All Shook Up is a rocking, heart-warming tale about following dreams, opening up to love, and the power of music all to the songs of the KING himself.
